01Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@corasscon.shop.
- On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; it then stops renewing.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period, and unused monthly quota is not carried over or refunded.
02Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) in USD until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
03Refunds
Because Corestone delivers digital outputs immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, provide a refund where:
- You were charged in error or double-charged.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a material part of the period and we could not resolve it.
- A refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
If a generated strategy, diagram or script does not meet your expectations, contact us first — regeneration and revisions are included in your plan and are our default remedy.
04How to request a refund
Email support@corasscon.shop with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
05Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to digital services, we honour it in line with that law.
