Terms of Service

Corestone is an online-only digital subscription tool that generates business-strategy drafts, framework diagrams, roadmaps and explainer scripts from the information you provide. It is software; it is not a consulting engagement, and no human advisor is assigned to your account.

Corestone outputs are AI-generated decision-support drafts only. They are not, and must not be relied on as, certified management, financial, investment, fundraising, tax or legal advice.

• Nothing in an output constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
• We make no guarantee about any business result, growth, cost saving or fundraising outcome.
• You are responsible for verifying facts and consulting a suitably qualified professional before acting on any material decision.

Consistent with the operator's non-financial management-consultancy background, Corestone does not provide financial planning or investment advisory services, and does not collect, hold, move, pool or broker any funds. Any financial model, valuation or projection generated is an illustrative draft only.

• You must be at least 13 to use Corestone. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe, monthly or yearly as selected.
• Monthly quotas reset each period and do not roll over. Plans are service usage, not credits or a stored balance.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Fees may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibition on generating misleading materials for investors or regulators, or fabricating performance or financial data.

We and our licensors own the Corestone platform, brand and templates. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for you, as set out in our Content License.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on generated drafts. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
