Getting started
How do I generate my first plan?
Open the studio, describe your problem (or load one of the three examples), pick who the plan is for, and generate. You'll get a structured strategy, then visuals, then an explainer script.
What makes a good problem description?
Say the business and stage, the actual problem, your goal, the timeframe, and any constraints. The more specific you are, the more tailored the plan.
Billing & plans
How am I billed?
In USD via Stripe, monthly or yearly. Your statement shows the descriptor CORESTONE.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; cancellations keep access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your data
Are my inputs used to train AI?
No. Your inputs and generated outputs are used only to deliver your results and are never used to train models. See the Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual strategies and files, or close your account, which removes associated data from active systems within 30 days.
